When you request a quote, we collect the information needed to respond to you:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• City and approximate project address
• Project type and any photos you send us

We also collect anonymized technical data about your visit (device type, city detected from your IP address, pages viewed) to measure site performance and improve your experience.

• Call you back to confirm your project and schedule a visit
• Prepare and send you your quote
• Keep you informed of your project's progress
• Occasionally send you tips or news related to resurfacing, only if you have consented
• Improve our site and our services

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with suppliers necessary to run our business:

• Hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States) for the website
• Email: our professional email management tool
• Accounting: invoicing software (only after the contract is signed)

All our suppliers are selected for their compliance with data protection standards equivalent to those applicable in Quebec.

We keep your information for as long as necessary to serve you, then:

• Unconverted quotes: deleted after 24 months
• Clients: retained for up to 7 years after the end of the project (tax requirements) and throughout the 5-year warranty period

Under Quebec's Law 25, you have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• File a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information
